Operator: Niu Media Limited, hereinafter referred to as “we/us/our” This Terms of Service references mature rules of top mini-drama developers including ReelShort, ShortMax and NetShort, complies with TikTok Developer Agreements, TikTok Community Guidelines, GDPR (EU), CCPA (California) and local laws in mainstream overseas regions, suitable for direct public display on the TikTok Mini Program homepage.

Acceptance of Terms & Service Introduction

1.1 Bulllet Drama is an exclusive mini-drama Mini Program running only inside TikTok, providing short drama playback, episode unlocking, advertisement-based free watching an d personalized content recommendation services. 1.2 By accessing, browsing, watching videos, paying to unlock episodes, logging in or otherwise using Bulllet Drama with your TikTok account, you fully acknowledge and agree to abide by these Terms of Service, our independent Privacy Policy, as well as TikTok official developer regulations and community rules. 1.3 If you have not reached the local age of majority (18 years old in most countries and regions), you may only use our services under the supervision and consent of legal guardians. Minors are prohibited from independent paid consumption. 1.4 We reserve the right to revise these terms periodically. Updated clauses will be publicly posted on the homepage of Bulllet Drama Mini Program. Your continuous use of the service after the release of revisions shall constitute automatic recognition and acceptance of updated terms.

User Account & User Obligations

2.1 Your identity within Bulllet Drama is bound exclusively to your TikTok account. You shall bear full legal responsibility for all operations, payments, comments and behaviors generated under your logged-in TikTok account. 2.2 You must properly protect the security of your TikTok account. Immediately notify our official support team once account theft, password leakage or abnormal login is discovered. We shall not be responsible for property losses arising from your improper account management. 2.3 The following behaviors are strictly prohibited. We reserve the right to restrict partial functions, freeze accounts or permanently ban accounts for violations:

• Reverse engineering, crawling, screen recording, downloading, copying, re-distributing all drama resources without authorization;
• Using plug-ins, scripts, ad-blocking tools, cracking programs to bypass payment locks, free episode limits and content DRM protection;
• Publishing violent, pornographic, discriminatory, slanderous, harassing, fraudulent, illegal comments and public content;
• Malicious false reporting, framing other users or our platform, spamming, pyramid scheme promotion;
• Any behaviors violating local laws, TikTok official rules and public order and good morals.

Payment Rules, Episode Unlocking & Refund Policy (Industry Standard Core Clause)

We provide two mainstream unlocking modes: Paid Episode Purchase (IAP direct unlock) and Ad Reward Unlock (IAA free viewing).

3.1 Purchase & Pricing Rules

• All episode unit prices, subscription fees and ad exchange rules are clearly displayed on payment popups before users confirm payment. Regional pricing and promotional activities can be adjusted without advance notice, subject to mandatory legal provisions.
• One-time episode purchase grants permanent personal online viewing permission for purchased episodes within Bulllet Drama. Weekly/monthly auto-renew VIP is valid within the corresponding billing cycle.
• Auto-renewal fees will be automatically deducted 24 hours before membership expiration; users can cancel auto-renewal anytime via TikTok payment management or the personal center of our Mini Program.

3.2 Global Unified Refund Specification

1. General Principle: All purchased digital drama products are non-refundable once viewing permission is activated. Digital content cannot be recycled after delivery, consistent with mainstream overseas short drama platform rules.
2. Statutory Cooling-off Period for EU & UK Users: You enjoy a 14-day withdrawal right after payment. This right will be automatically invalid once you play unlocked episodes manually, and no refund will be approved thereafter. Unused refunds can be submitted to official support email within 14 days.
3. Exceptional Refund Scenarios: Full refunds will be approved only for system failures, repeated mistaken deductions and abnormal orders not triggered by user operation after official verification within 7 working days. Accidental clicks and impulsive consumption by users are not eligible for refunds.
4. All payments via official TikTok channels shall also comply with TikTok unified payment management rules synchronously.

Intellectual Property & Copyright Statement

4.1 All dramas, scripts, brand logos, interface designs, texts, audio and visual materials on Bulllet Drama belong to Niu Media Limited or our officially authorized copyright owners, protected by global trademark, copyright and intellectual property laws. 4.2 Users are only granted limited personal non-commercial online streaming rights. Unauthorized downloading, reproduction, re-editing, commercial rebroadcasting, secondary distribution and resale of clips are forbidden. Violators will face account penalties, and we reserve the right to claim legal compensation. 4.3 The copyright of user public comments belongs to the publisher, but you authorize Niu Media Limited permanent, global, royalty-free, non-exclusive rights to display, sort and moderate comment content within Bulllet Drama. 4.4 For copyright infringement complaints, please submit complete evidence to official support mailbox, and we will review and remove infringing content promptly.

Third-Party Advertisement Disclaimer

5.1 Some free episodes require watching third-party ads to unlock viewing access. All advertisements are independently provided by third-party advertisers. We do not guarantee the authenticity, quality and security of advertised products and services, and shall not be liable for disputes arising from user transactions with advertisers. 5.2 Technical ad-blocking is prohibited; such behavior will lead to restriction on free episode unlocking functions. 5.3 Personalized recommendation ads may be pushed according to your viewing habits; you can turn off personalized tracking in Mini Program settings or TikTok system privacy settings.

Service Limitation & Liability Exemption

6.1 Our services are provided on an “AS IS, AS AVAILABLE” basis. We will maintain routine operation, while temporary service suspension may occur due to server maintenance, version upgrade, TikTok official technical adjustment and force majeure. We will give advance notice when feasible, and no compensation will be provided for short normal downtime. 6.2 Within the scope permitted by local laws, we shall not be liable for:

• Indirect losses, lost expected profits and mental damages caused by service use or interruption;
• Malfunctions caused by network anomalies, device failures and TikTok official platform faults;
• User losses caused by account leakage, improper personal operation and illegal third-party tools. 6.3 We reserve the right to remove non-compliant content and adjust episode shelf rules without prior notice.

User data collection, storage and application comply with our independent Privacy Policy, TikTok developer data specifications, GDPR, CCPA and regional privacy laws:

• We only collect necessary basic public TikTok profile information for account binding and service provision;
• We will never sell or rent user private information to unrelated third parties without explicit user consent;
• Users can check authorized data, delete authorization or unbind accounts anytime through TikTok privacy settings.

Account Suspension & Termination

We have the right to suspend service access or permanently terminate your account under the following circumstances: (1) You violate these Terms of Service, TikTok community rules or local laws; (2) Your account involves fraud, copyright infringement, illegal content dissemination and other serious violations; (3) Long-term inactive accounts can be cleaned up appropriately after advance public notification.
